We have a PA has full access permission and delegation to the Director.
We moved both onto office365, in outlook cached mode, PA can access DM's mailbox. But as it is in cached mode, she can't manage DM's mails. When she deletes mails, it did not sync back to the cloud. Instead mail pushed back from cloud. Which I can see the both mailbox are in one ost file, so of cause this wouldn't work.
So I was thinking let her log into DM's owa. But as they are federation user, it automatically log in as the PA and will not allow her to type in username and password. Tried open DM's mailbox from PA's owa, always appear to be unavailable...
How can this work for PA?
