I understand that you'd like to sync contacts from your Blackberry to Office 365 and Outlook client. May I know which plan you are using, Office 365 pre-upgrade plan or new Office 365 plan?

Actually, if you are an Office 365 user and your company is using BlackBerry® Business Cloud Services, you can use the service for integrated email, calendaring, and contact services with Microsoft Exchange Online, but BlackBerry Business Cloud Services is available at no additional charge to Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise Plan subscribers.
