Do you mean that you encounter the issue like below when running an Office application such as Outlook, Word  and so on? 

If yes, which Office application version are you using?
 
Given the situation, we can try to turn off Message Bar security alerts. For Office 2010, please refer to the video : Office 2010 Security video: turn on or off Message Bar security alerts.
