Henry Huang MSFT SupportHi Linda,
Before moving on, I’d like to confirm that you are using the Office 365 Outlook Web App light version and need to print emails from the web interface. If I have misunderstood anything, please don’t hesitate to correct me.
Based on my test, the OWA light version doesn’t have the print button. However, I succeeded in opening the print page by clicking Ctrl + P.
I noticed that you have pasted a screenshot when double clicking on an email, but due to some unknown reason the picture seems not to be uploaded. If using OWA light version is the case, it’s by designed that there is no Print icon.
But what I want to focus on is the result after clicking CTRL +P. Please share a new screenshot with us to clarify the issue. You can click Use rich formatting and then Insert Image button to upload the screenshots when replying a new post.Besides of the screenshot, I’d like to collect the following information to do troubleshooting:
1. The Office 365 plan you are using.
2. The web browser version.
3. Whether other people using OWA light version can see the print page by clicking CTRL + P.Thanks,
Henry Huang
