Since you already submitted a service request, you can send us your SR(service request) number for us to monitor by replying the private message. I am going to send a private message with the topic of “SR number request”. Please follow the steps below to reply the private message.
1. Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
2.  Click Private messages.
3.  Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
4. Click Submit Reply.
