Re: how to create a calendar entry from Outlook 365 so that it will show up in the sharepoint calendar

Nancy,

I need to back up a few steps.

In Resource Scheduling, the "set permissions" is greyed out. I am able to access those options.  This is under the user account profile and not administrator.

Also, I was able to add the room resources in the sharepoint teamsite when logged under Administrator but those resources do not show in the user login on sharepoint.  Are there some permissions that nee to be set so that other users/all staff can see the resources in the sharepoint?

Also, am I supposed to grant permissions to allow users to be able to use the  "Boardroom" and "Client Services" calendars?
